ABOUT 

Harriet Selfe aka @harrieartselfe is an Artist based in beautiful Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. She is primarily interested in the human figure, nature and classical portraiture. Harriet uses colourful elements in her artworks to portray how she views the world. She studied Fine Arts and has been Teaching Visual Art and Painting at local high schools for the past 4 years.

 

Between Teaching, Harriet loves to work on her personal art, creating and exploring a range of techniques and compositions in her work, thereby contributing to her teaching and painting practice. She’s also pretty active on social media and loves sharing her art with her followers. She has been currently working on the series of painting her followers on TikTok.

Harriet takes commissions of realistic Portraits, Animals and Landscapes in Digital, dry or wet media on request such as Graphite, Acrylic and Oils.
